This is for the smallest bedroom in a three bedroom apartment at Alta+ Apartment Building (29-22 Northern Blvd), right next to Queens Plaza station (E/F/R), short walk to Queensboro Plaza (7/N/W)

The room is furnished with a Murphy bed, cabinets above, one small tall closet, TV stand, smart TV, very nice shared kitchen, you share bathroom with one other female roommate.
Laundry machines in the basement.

The reason you would want this room is the amenities the building has, large gym & yoga studio, lap pool, common room (with printer), rooftop lounge. (There is a golf simulator you need reservations for I have never used).

Heat and hot water included.
Small electric and internet bills split three ways, was $20 each for both last month. Additional/optional amenity fee if you do want use them.

I am the one leaving, successful renter will need to get approval from remaining roommates and get approved by Alta Building management. There will be a small fee for a credit check.
You will replace me on the lease until March 2025.

This is practically the least money you could spend to get into this amazing building.
Little disclaimer: Management will have to approve any renter, if you are currently there and in the middle of your lease, they probably will not approve you.

Rent is paid through end of the month but I could be out of the apartment as soon as tomorrow if someone needs it ASAP, you just have to get approved by roommates and building first.
