Large & Bright Room Available in Long Island City

Hello!
I'm renting a large and bright room in a townhouse in Long Island City, few blocks from PS1Moma.

The room is sunny, with 2 windows, a closet and furnished with a queen size bed, desk, chair and drawers.
The room available is on the second floor of the townhouse, there is a bathroom an extra room, kitchenette, and a big closet. You will be sharing the upstairs floor with another housemate. I live on the 1 floor.

The kitchen, located on the first floor, is equipped for your basic cooking needs. However, we're not seeking someone who cooks elaborate meals regularly.

You'll be sharing the townhouse with a female artist and a male in their 40s. We're laid-back, friendly who value privacy and respect each other's space.

We're seeking a roommate who is low-key, tidy, and ideally works outside of the house. Long-term commitments are preferred, but short-term inquiries are also welcome.
