I am looking for someone to takeover my lease in a 2bed, 2 bath apartment in a modern building in Jackson Heights. I am flexible with a June 1st start-date, and the lease ends 31st March 2025, with the option to renew. I am relocating due to work.
Apartment has a dishwasher and in-unit washing machine and dryer. Building has elevators, a gym, 24-hr doorman (so packages never go missing), mailroom, cinema, patio/bbq deck and a rooftop lounge/game room. Building is 2 mins from Roosevelt Av station which has the E, F, M, R and 7.
Ensuite room is $1825, excluding electricity which averages as high as $40 each during winter and WiFi. Apartment and room get a lot of natural light. Current roommate is a lovely, tidy 24F. 2023 W2/Tax Return, Credit Report, 3 recent paystubs, 3 recent bank statements would need to be provided to the building's management team if you choose to go ahead.
