Hello! I have a large room (Master) available for rent. I am looking for someone who is tidy and responsible and would be interested in moving in.
Utilities included in the monthly rent. The room is very large and basically unfurnished with a large closet (Optional wardrobe drawer and full sized bed/frame for females shown, I do have a male version as well for assembly, please see picture). Washer and dryer are available in the building, but will cost $ to use. Kitchen, Bathroom & Living Room will be shared. No private parking available.
