Private bedroom with a private bathroom available for rent in a beautiful cozy 3 bedroom and 2 bath apartment located in Forest Hills Queens. We are two women living here now and looking for someone to sign the lease in September with a possible August move in available.

You would have the master bedroom with a full bathroom inside the room. The room is pretty large easily fitting a queen size bed along with extra furniture. There is a closet inside the room as well as an AC unit. The apartment has a shared balcony in the living room. We have laundry in the basement of the building as well.

It is located in a really safe and quiet neighborhood with a grocery store 5 minutes away by walking. There are lot of bars, restaurants, gyms, bakeries and coffee shops about 10 minutes away. There is plenty of street parking. We are 5 minutes walking from the E M F and R trains. There are also express and local bus stops 5 minutes away and only 10 minutes from the lirr.

A bit about us! My roommate and I like to keep the apartment very clean and organized. We love cooking. We are looking for someone kind and respectful of everyones space. Also would love to be friends with our next roommate. We are both in our mid twenties so we are ideally looking for someone close or around that.
