Renting spare room for 700$ monthly ! Room is located in a spacious basement shared by two roommates (my father and another gentleman). I moved out so I am looking for someone responsible to take my place. There’s a bus right across the street as well as the 7 train (103rd Corona Plaza) 10-15 minutes away walking. The basement has two entrances, upstairs there are three other floors who have families living there. My father is a very friendly and welcoming man, he will treat you like family. We expect you to be very respectful of the space.
Kitchen/bathroom is available for your complete use, living room is limited. You can use any pots that we have in the kitchen already! The room we are renting DOES NOT include the dressers. Bed and bed frame is included with the room, you just have to provide your own bed sheets and pillow !
My father is very friendly and chill, speaks both English and Spanish. the other roommate Fernando is also very friendly and laid back, speaks Spanish only. We are looking for a roommate who is very respectful, cleans up after himself, communicative, and friendly. Outside visitors are restricted. First you would get in contact with me then if I feel you deem fit then I will get you in contact with my father who is the tenant.
