This is a fully furnished large bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment, size 12X12, bright and it is facing the back yard , so it's away from any noise on 30th Avenue. It can be delivered without any furniture or some(TV, Bed ,AC, small table, computer table , area rug, 2 dressers, night tables for the bed, mini fridge(although you may also use the BIG fridge in the kitchen). Currently running FIOS 1GB (possibly upgrading to 2GB if needed) and you'll have access wirelessly as well as hard wired connection if you wish so. In addition, there is a garage for rent in case you have a car, which will be an additional charge of $175 monthly for that.
You will be sharing a three (3) bedroom apartment (1000+ SF) with a busy professional (I am a hairdresser, so you will be getting free hair services if you wish to). I am clean/neat, I cook and bake regularly (Greek Cypriot specialties are some of the perks that come with living here) and when I am home, usually I am either glued in front of my computer screens, playing chess or watching sports/Movies). I work fulltime Tuesday through Saturday.
