Roommate Needed: 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath In Astoria

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to resign my lease with me starting July 1st.

The room is located in Astoria, so it’s only about a 25-30 minute trip into the city. It’s close to a few subway stations (mainly the R and M but the N and W are fairly close as well) and a lot of shops/restaurants.

The room itself is pretty big for a NYC apartment. It has enough space to fit a queen sized bed, desk, dresser, and anything else you may need. It’s a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment so we’ll share the kitchen, living room and bathroom together, but I try my best to keep those spaces clean. There’s no laundry in-unit, but there’s a laundromat right down the block, so it’s pretty easy to get to.

In terms of roommates, I’m a chill, laid back type of roommate who is usually cooking in the kitchen, watching TV in the living room or just relaxing in my room. I like to play board games and watch Broadway shows whenever I have free time. I’m just looking for someone who shares the same vibes and is interested in going on this journey together :)
