This apartment is a railroad layout, featuring 2 exits from the room. Room will be unfurnished, it will be repainted. The location is convenient, situated just one block from Duane Reade and Planet Fitness, NYCSports club, with bars and restaurants in close proximity. The N train is located 10 blocks away, and the R train is only a block and a half away. A 24-hour supermarket is located a few blocks away, and there is a Citibike docking station just half a block from the apartment. The rent is currently $850.00 per month, plus ConEd costs which typically range from $60-$90, depending on the season. During the summer, the costs may be on the higher end due to air conditioning usage. Additionally, the internet is provided by Fios and costs approximately $21.00. The lease is set for renewal in February of next year.

The room may require some renovation and is accessed by a walk-up. Conveniently located nearby are laundromats for your use. I have resided in this building for over 17 years and can attest to the kindness of the landlord. The apartment is a fixer-upper and lacks a closet, so it's recommended that you bring your own wardrobe. Although my roommate owns two cats, they are well-behaved and do not enter the living space.
