$1350 + Utilities per month (One-month security deposit required). The apartment is on the 3rd floor (two-story walk-up) with a fire escape.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full-size KitchenAid premium stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen and 2 living rooms. It is also south-facing which gives it sunlight all throughout the day.

Laundromat is literally right across the street.

8-minute walk to Astoria-Ditmars train subway station N/W, 12-minute walk to Astoria Blvd train subway station N/W, 2 blocks from Q101, and 1 block from Q69 and Q19.

The room comes unfurnished and the photos are how the common areas look now. I have a couch, coffee table, bookshelf, and dining table for the common areas and the kitchen is fully supplied as well with utensils and appliances. I do have a cat who is very friendly however, he is staying elsewhere for now.

NO smoking anything in the apartment itself as the building doesn’t allow it. And no playing loud music or loud instruments - building policy.

[20M] I like to spend my free time watching Netflix or playing video games, during the week I’m mostly on campus or at work so I don’t spend too much time in the apartment.
