Looking for Roommate in Astoria Townhouse

About Me:

Hello. I am a 26-year-old man looking for a roommate for my 2-bedroom apartment in Astoria, Queens (located near 46th Street and 30th Avenue). I work as a software engineer in Manhattan, and I'm in-office 3 days per week, and work from home the other 2 days per week. In my free time, I like solving jig-saw puzzles, playing chess, and watching football. I am clean, considerate and am a very responsible roommate.

The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. It's also less than a block away from 30th Avenue, which has a huge number of restaurants, bars and shops. There's a great Italian deli across the street, and there's also an Italian bakery with the best cannolis in NYC one block away as well!

About the Apartment:

The apartment is the entire 1st floor of a 2-floor townhouse in Astoria, which was originally built in the 1920s. The apartment contains a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms (one of which I'm living in). All of the rooms are fully furnished, with the exception of the one bedroom that you would be moving into.

The apartment also has WiFi, television, a microwave, a toaster oven, and a gas stove (these would all be included in the rent price mentioned above).

You would be signing on to an 6 month lease (until the end of August), so this listing is only for people who are interested in staying for a medium to long-term amount of time. There will be an option to renew the lease in August, if you would like to stay longer than 6 months.
