Small Bedroom (Please Read Description)

Small bedroom w/ Twin bed and a Dresser, closet space (furnishing optional if you have your own). Access to Kitchen, Living room and Bathroom (all shared).

Responsibilities include:
-Help take care of any and all trash accrued.
-Keep rooms clean and tidy.
-All dishes are welcome to be used, please take care of and wash after uses.
-Common supplies (i. e. Toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, toiletries, etc.) can be shared and may also require replenishment once in a while.

Extra information:
-Apartment is smoke-friendly and pet friendly.
-Hosting friends/family allowed, please be respectful and responsible for any garbage, messes and any items in the apartment.
-Any repairs needed, please inform housemates.
