Small Bedroom w Closet in Great Neighborhood

Hello!
I’m renting a small quiet sunny room with a nice sized closet in my 2 bedroom apartment. Room is lightly furnished but flexible to be non furnished. It can fit a twin, full or queen bed. Also roommate moving out is selling queen bed and frame currently in room if interested- super low priced and practically brand new and they are super clean!
Great location close to N/W/R/M trains, food stores, laundry, restaurants and other shops. Kitchen, sitting area and bathroom all shared.
Preferably a woman/non binary/queer. I work M-F 9a-5p and want to keep a quiet respectful clean space w an arranged cleaning schedule. The building is safe and quiet full of families type vibe. Looking for someone who respects this and has similar working/life hours and respects shared living boundaries.
Utilities/Wifi included. 1 mo deposit is a must. Move in ready by June 10th (this is the earliest date due to scheduling conflicts).
