We are searching for a responsible/mature woman to live with 2 professional women. This is a nonsmoking, no pets, no drugs, no partying apartment in a private three family home where the owner lives in the house. Occasional company/guests are fine, but no live-in boyfriends/girlfriends or 4th roommates permitted. Ideally, looking for someone who works a 9-5 job and who will get along well with current tenants.

The apartment itself is very large:
-3 bedrooms: The largest and smallest of the three rooms are rented already. The second largest is available and unfurnished.

- air conditioners installed in bedrooms and common space
