I am a working professional seeking a roommate to sign onto my lease. I have a room available towards the back of the home with great natural light, hardwood floors, and a deep closet. The apartment itself is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom setup. I occupy one of these bedrooms. The third bedroom is used as a reading room and would be a shared space. I also have a dining room that I have converted into an art studio, which is also a shared space. Other shared spaces are the living room, the kitchen, and of course, the bathroom. I live in the heart of a village so everything is very walkable, including a supermarket, a library, cafes, shops, and a post office. My block has friendly residents and respectful tenants that rent the upstairs apartment. I am within a 20 minute drive to the nearest train station and a major state thruway. I do have a dog and he is very friendly. His name is Remy and he gets along well with everyone, so if you have any animals, they are welcome as well.
