Bedroom for rent in South Blooming Grove, NY (Monroe NY). Room is off of the laundry room, where you have your own private entrance through the back door. The room is small, but previous tenant fit a long dresser, twin bed, and an end table in there just fine. Room also has a decently sized closet. Must have your own vehicle, as there is not easy access to bus stops and ubers are hard to come by. The house is private, access to side yard if you have outdoor furniture. Room includes some space in one of our sheds if you need extra storage. Includes wi-fi.

About the other tenants: We are a family of 3 adults, my mother is a dialysis patient and is typically home all day with my brother. I work full-time. We have two dogs, one being a new foster puppy. We are 420 friendly and do smoke indoors, so applicants must be okay with that. Food is not included in the rent, but we have a large kitchen that you’re welcome to use at any time. There is one bathroom that is shared between us all. Laundry machines are available for your use once a week. Lease is month to month.
