Upstate NYC Lake House near NYC transit route

Welcome! Starting in 2010, I pioneered the first Airbnb in the Hudson Valley. As an experienced host, I know precisely what my guests want, but more importantly, deserve. House has two floors and each floor has two entrances. Complete privacy is guaranteed for all. Each floor is set up with fast Wi-Fi, and working desks to accommodate your remote working needs and comfort.

House does have a service animal, her name is Pearl, and she is an absolute doll!

This rental opportunity was completely remodeled in 2024. The views are some of the best in the Hudson Valley and the community is a tourism destination which provides music, restaurants, lake entertainment on tiki boats and jet, skis, and some of the best pubs around!

It would be an honor to share my pristine, Zen, like space, with a kind hearted soul, looking for some peace, quiet, and tranquility from the New York City hubbub. As an exPark Slope Brooklynite, I am quite aware of the stress that New York City life can take on ones soul. It is here that I healed after 9/11, and it is here I continue to heal, and I could not think of a better place to do it. The peace. The tranquility. The nature. It is top of the line and I would love to share my home with anyone who is kind. And clean. That is a must. And someone who is respectful of each others space, is also a requirement.

Parking is available but house can also be accessed via the 196/197 bus out of Port Authority or the Tuxedo Park train stop off the Port Jervis line is a 20 minute drive from house.

My ask is quiet after 10 PM and quiet before 9 AM. Please be respectful of me as I will 100% be respectful of you.

Please note, smoking is permitted OUTSIDE only and must be properly & responsibly extinguished.

Candles are NOT permitted.

House has met all fire inspection code and it is my personal goal to ensure ALL lives who enter here are kept safe and free from ANY harm.

It is a home to relax in, unwind, and enjoy the local wineries, distilleries, breweries, live music, Appalachian Trail hikes, lake life and the GREAT BEYOND of the Beautiful Hudson Valley!
