Shared spaces are living room, kitchen, laundry alcove with entrance to elevated deck overlooking backyard, and fenced-in backyard. Storage space is available within unfinished area of basement as needed. 2nd room-mate occupies finished area of basement with 2 dogs.

Living room and kitchen is generally already furnished with current tenants furniture and decor but there is space for additional furniture and decor from a new person. Neighbourhood is in a quiet area of Wescott with ample street parking, and all utilities are included in rent.

Both tenants are working professionals with varied time of day work schedules seeking a third that is either a graduate student or working professional and a part of or accepting of the LGBTQIA+ community. All household animals are either ESA or Service
