I'm a recent SU grad student and am looking for a responsible, easygoing female to share a 2bed, 1bath apartment in a house. It's a tidy and calm space in a friendly neighborhood with almost all single-family owned homes. Great for professionals and grad students.
There is free on-site laundry, free off-street parking, hardwood floors and natural light. The house is a convenient 20-minute walk to SU’s main campus, close to the Co-op, Barry Park and near Westcott. Also close to Crouse and Upstate.
I'd prefer someone looking for a longer-term situation but shorter stays are negotiable, as is the move-in date.
