I’m looking for someone to take over my half of a lease at Charter Oaks Apartments in Liverpool, NY, and become my current roommate’s new roommate!

I recently relocated from Syracuse to Rochester to be closer to family, so I’m hoping to find someone to take over my spot!

📅 Current lease ends: April 30, 2027
Option to renew/extend the lease after April 30!

💰 Rent: $725/month, plus Wi-Fi and electricity. Heat and water are included!

A little about the living situation:

My roommate is in her early 30s and will be continuing to live in the apartment. You would be taking over my bedroom and my half of the lease, not renting an entire apartment.

Before making any decisions, you’ll have the opportunity to meet my current roommate and tour the apartment to make sure it’s a good fit!
