Looking for a new house/roommate

Our current roommate is moving out soon, and we're looking for a new one. We're not very strict at all. When I say we I mean me and my girlfriend. I have it listed as a house because there's no other option for the trailer, but trailers are just small houses. Rules here aren't super strict. We just ask that you clean up after yourself(we're not clean freaks lol), inform us if you have guests coming over(it's just courteous), and smoke by the window(if you smoke). Outside is preferred for smoking, but if you choose to do so inside, just be near the window with it open. That's about it for rules, there's a couple of small other things that would be on contract that you shall sign in agreement with these rules if you were to move in. Other benefits here include free ice cream/frozen food because I get it from my job. We do have 2 pets. A cat and a dog. The dog I'd half husky so things can get a little hairy around here lol. The room will be cleaned out after he moves out. I guess that's all I have to say on here lol. Don't be afraid to message and ask questions
