This cozy fully furnished room is available for rent in a large farmhouse-style home in the Baldwinsville countryside. Built in 1860 and extended and fully renovated from 2008 onwards, this charming house offers a spacious living room, sitting room with a gas fireplace, large kitchen, and central dining room for your use. The home sits on one acre of land with a large back deck overlooking the property. The local supermarket, pharmacy, gas station, and town center are a 5 minute drive away. With the home being conveniently located just off the I-690, the city of Syracuse is only a 20 minute drive.

The room is fitted with central heating, and a window air conditioner can be provided for summer use. Bills and wifi are included in the cost of rent. A bathroom with a full corner tub, toilet, sink, shower, and storage will be shared with one other tenant. The room contains a queen-sized bed, built-in closet, and desk. This property and room is fully furnished, and tenants would be asked to discuss any furniture they would like to bring with the property owner prior to moving in. A washer and dryer is available on site at no extra cost.

This space is recommended for postgraduate students or young professionals who are interested in living independently in a quiet countryside setting while working or studying. Karen, the homeowner, will be living on site with you, and will be happy to introduce you to the neighbors and provide local recommendations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Sorry, single occupants only and no pets permitted.

Outdoor lounge areas, a grill, and fire pits are also available for your use. Extra storage is available in the barn for seasonal items.
