Rare Find- Huge bedroom available for summer

2 floor house apartment. lots of privacy. Large living room and kitchen. Bedrooms upstairs.
I have been here for 20years. Been blessed to have found many previous roommates and build friendships with them. Who I’m still in contact with today. This is the first time I’m thinking about renting out my room. I’m looking for a specific individual as I don’t absolutely need to rent it. But I will be on a work project from approximately first week of June till Labor Day staying on the work site mostly.
- king size bed May or may not stay.

-2 minutes walk from LIRR westbury station
- shops , pizza , food , nail salon, cafes , Dunkin

The current roommate is older gentleman about 70. He keeps to himself, leaves the house 2pm and comes back around 2-5am he’s quiet and clean. Driving a cab overnight he’s not much for conversation but to me he’s perfect. We never see each due to our schedules and he’ll watch tv on night a week. He has minimal belongings . Not food in fridge or pantry Either. He’s just a bit aloof , initially it sounded like his conversation were brass and missing etiquette however I can see it’s just how he talks and doesn’t know any better. I was able to recognize this and just try and help him.
