🏡: Located in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood on Maple Ln in North New Hyde Park
- The house offers 2 private rooms, a living room, a dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom, a backyard, a basement, a washing machine unit, and a long parking driveway, all shared among three individuals (myself included).
- Rent is $900 flat per person. It includes heat, electricity, water, internet and toiletries 👪
🥫: 15 minute walk from H-Mart
🚌: 10 minute walk from Hillside bus stop
🚆: 9 Minute drive from the New Hyde Park LIRR station

The floor-plan is not that accurate, but it’s the best i can do right now because I do not have photos. However, its a spacious place and will satisfy all your needs.

COST: 1st and last month's rent + $750 security deposit, which you will receive back at the end of your stay.
This is a 3 month lease with potential for the long term. The rental would be for at least 3 months to 1 year, but if we’re compatible and you still want to live there, I don’t see why it couldn’t be for longer, No pressure.

A little bit about myself: I'm just a regular person who lives a quiet, content life. I'm a night owl. When I’m not working, I’m either playing video games or fixing up something around the house.

Who I'm looking for: I’m truly just looking for good, genuine people with a steady income. I don’t care if you are loud or up at weird hours; never stop being you. All i ask of you is to be respectful and considerate, If you can do that, then me casa es tu casa.
I'm basically looking for honest, clean and trustworthy people. Just be a kind soul, someone who is not looking to scheme or take advantage of anyone. If you can be a good person, then I believe in a world where we can live harmoniously.

Did I mention Im renovating? You must be okay with me doing home improvements, like putting in a new bathroom or kitchen, upgrading appliances, replacing the windows, etc. In order to achieve this, I'll need your full cooperation, or at the very least your compliance. Of course, all within reason and with ample notice. Just think of it as, this is for the greater good, so we can live more comfortably.
