Lovely room in a very good neighbourhood. On the border of queens and Long Island . Close to transit. LiRR is about a mile away. Current roomate has 2 small dogs so no pets allowed at the moment. All utilities included . Ample street parking . Communities my has many parks and restaurants nearby. Close to shopping. Ideal for a student or young professional. We are not accepting couples at this time .
