Great room available in Mineola first floor. Lived here for 5 years and love the building, neighborhood, and convenience of the area. Building has a lot of employees/students at Winthrop Hospital a few blocks away. Have two quiet and demure cats that that usually hide from anyone other than me. Apartment does not smell like cats as keep it very clean and use water and air filters throughout the apartment. I work from home in corporate 4 days a week and the usually get out of the apartment in evenings since I spend my days there. Easygoing, pleasant, and great roommate or so I’ve been told. Just looking for the same.
