Massapequa Roommate Wanted $900-$1200

We are two full time employed early 30 year-olds looking for a working professional who wants to move in under a long term commitment. The space is in a shared 3 bedroom apartment for $900 or $1,200 a month. You get the choice of a "Medium" ($900) or "Large," ($1200) room. They are comfortable private bedrooms with several windows, lots of light, and large closets.

Your rent covers everything: all utilities (Gas, Heat, Electric, etc.), Wi-Fi, and full use of common areas.

Roommate needed to move-in May 1st.

Amenities include a modern dishwasher, and a washer and dryer within the apartment. We intend to put some of the rent money into professional cleaning at regular 1-3 month intervals in order to maintain cleanliness that is easy for all. We're open-minded tenants who encourage your ability to live freely and be at ease. Have friends over, relax and come and go as you please. We are also looking for a roommate who isn't too bothered by noise - we are awake at all hours of the day/night due to careers, which will sometimes mean some light commotion at any given time.

We're down the street from All American, Stop N’ Shop, Uncle Giuseppe’s, Dunkin Doughnuts, Starbucks, 5 minutes down the road from Sunrise Mall, a ten-minute walk/2 minute drive from the Massapequa LIRR Train Station, 10-15 minute drive from Jones beach and tons of other great locations.

No formal credit checks are required so long as you can provide a few recent pay stubs to prove you're employed and/or are willing to share some form of free credit assessment. However, first and last month’s rent is required upfront. We'll also need a Security Deposit of $500 for "just in case" purposes, which you'll get back on the day you move out provided your room is in the same conditions you found it in.
