Looking for a roommate in Long Beach!

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take my spot in this LB apartment. We live in the main unit of a two-story home, a 5 min walk from the beach! My two roommates who are 27 & 30 are looking for a woman aged 21-33 who’s friendly, clean, and an overall good roommate to take my place. The room is $1060/month + utilities. Move in date would be ASAP through the end of the lease (May 31st, 2027) with the option to renew. To move in you’ll need first month’s rent ($1060), security deposit ($1117) & broker fee ($1117). Broker fee & security deposit are 1/3 of the entire rent. You’d be sharing the bathroom with one of the roommates. We have lots of driveway parking spots that are shared with the upstairs unit which has 3 people. We also have laundry in the garage and a backyard that’s shared with the other unit. You must work full time & unfortunately pets are not allowed as per our landlord.
