The house is 1 and 1/2 blocks from the beach. The room has a bed, 2 windows with morning sunlight, a wardrobe, dresser, desk, and an air conditioner.

You will have full access to kitchen, living room, porch with small BBQ, and the side yard (which is a plus because most houses out here do not have a yard).

I will (mostly) be on the premises during your stay and will be using the kitchen, living room and bath as well. However, I will only interact as much as you're comfortable with.
