This share is for one person only in a 3 bedroom home. The best fit is a female or male who is neat and tidy, respectful, responsible and cleans up after herself. You would be sharing with me. I'm a woman who is relatively easy going. If you are a good natured and positive individual who is drama free any age is fine.

Rent includes heat, water & gas for cooking. We will share electric and wifi. I will require first month's rent, security deposit and credit check.

The room has a closet. There's a washer and dryer in the basement.
