We have a room available in our 3 bedroom apartment, located within walking distance from the train station and local shops.

About the Apartment:

Location: Conveniently located in downtown Locust Valley, just a 4-minute walk to the LIRR Oyster Bay Line, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and everyday amenities.

Layout: The apartment includes three bedrooms, a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Access to a small shared backyard, available for all building tenants to enjoy.

Rent: $1,115/month plus utilities (typically ranging from $60–$120 per month). This is a one-year lease.

Availability: Available July 1st. One of our current roommates is relocating across the country to begin her PhD program.

Unfurnished: The room is unfurnished. The furniture shown in the photos belongs to the current tenant, who may be willing to leave the bed frame and dresser if interested.

Parking: Plenty of street parking is available.

You’ll be living with two female roommates (28 & 31) who are full-time working professionals. We’re looking for someone who is mature, respectful, and values a peaceful, comfortable home environment.

A little about us:

We enjoy quiet hobbies like reading, hiking, and thrifting. We both work early hours, so we’re typically winding down by around 10 PM on weeknights. We respect each other’s space, privacy, and routines, and are looking for someone who shares those values.

Cleanliness is NON-NEGOTIABLE. We aim to keep shared spaces clean, organized, and well-maintained, and we’re looking for a roommate who will do the same.

This is not a party house. No smoking, excessive noise, or frequent late-night gatherings. Guests are of course always welcome, but we ask that visits are communicated and agreed upon in advance out of respect for everyone in the home.
