Room for rent!

We are a little family of 3 it’s my husband, our 12 year old son who is always doing something wether it be a sport, a friends house, grandma and papas house around the corner or chillin and then there’s myself! We’re looking for a trust worthy, honest, hard working, friendly, clean but not OCD clean just shower daily and pick up after yourself type of person whose interested in a 1 bedroom rental with a nice size closet. The bedroom fits a full-queen size bed comfortably with 1 end table(w queen) (2 end tables with a full), a dresser, a desk with a chair or a table with a chair. The closet is the length of the room except the entrance to room is next to the closet it’s also pretty deep about 3 feet deep you can put shelving in it or half of it…. right now I just have a pole to hang clothes going through the middle of it. The bedroom is not furnished. We have 4 bedrooms 2 downstairs one of which is the one for rent. We would be sharing an eat-in kitchen, bathroom, and living room which you can use just be mindful bc we are a family of 3 and we do like our family movie nights a couple nights a week but overall we’re pretty easy going people looking for an easy going person so,… if you’re laid back, not uptight, don’t mind an upbeat and sometimes chaotic household then you’ll be a great fit! You’re welcome to use the backyard which is completely private from neighbors. we also have an above ground pool that you’re welcome to use we just ask you to respect it, don’t pee in it(haha but seriously), and dry off before going back in the house. We’re looking for preferably a female but, I’ll consider others if I feel we click… we’ll also welcome a gay male or gay female. Another thing please no pets other than a fish… bc we already have 2 dogs 1 is a 3lb Yorkie and the other one is a 6lb Maltese they're hypoallergenic, vaccinated, they are both treated monthly with flea and tick drops, groomed every 6 weeks and bathed bi-weekly. This rental would be perfect for someone who doesn’t spent a lot of time during the day at home, loves animals as I said we have 2 dogs and also 2 sugar gliders. You have to have a job or proof you can afford to pay rent and must be a responsible being. I would also consider a college student as long as you can prove you can pay rent and you’re serious about school. No parties.
We’re a 5 min walk to the nearest bus stop, 4 mins from the Long Island expressway and a 5 min drive from the LIRR.
