There is enough space in the room to place a small fridge and electric cooktop if you need it. The rooms are on the second floor with windows and natural light. There is a separate, private entrance to the second floor. Furnishings and utilities are included.

Location is in the Garden City Park/New Hyde Park area - walking distance from the N24 bus stop, LIRR station, Jericho Turnpike shopping centers, and within a few blocks from the gym, grocery stores, and laundromat. It is about 2 miles from Adelphi University and 1.5 miles from NYU Langone Hospital. Quiet & safe neighborhood. No pets or smoking. Must be responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.
