The house is located near the Long Island Railroad, bus stop, and grocery stores, making it easy to get around. Move-in requires the first month’s rent and one month’s security deposit. Please note, there are no overnight guests, no pets, and no washer or dryer available. It’s a great space for someone who enjoys a clean, quiet, and comfortable living environment.
