This is a two bedroom space with a space for living room. We share a kitchen and a bathroom, and street parking is always available! Laundry is unfortunately unavailable but two laundromats are available in 10 minute walking distance.  The LIRR is 8 minutes away (stewart Manor and Huntington Line), and the n6 NICE bus is 5 minute walking distance. Located on the border of Queens and Floral Park, there are many restaurants and cafe's to check out!

About me: I am a Music teacher at a Title 1 school in NYC, and a professional musician. I keep the space clean, practice, and do venture out during the weekends and holidays. I have a cat named Bitsy, who is shy, but very personable with treats!  

We pay internet ($40) and utilities are included in the 1400/month rent. Security and rent Due at signing.

Roommate must be: communicative, respectful, clean, and able to share living space. Must be employed and capable of meeting the monthly rent and internet charges.
