Spacious first-floor home in Franklin Square with a large shared living room, shared kitchen, one shared bathroom, laundry in the home, large backyard, driveway parking, garage storage, and a finished basement with its own separate entrance. The available spaces are unfurnished, allowing you to bring your own furniture and make them your own. Utilities are shared separately. Move-in is available from mid-August through early September.

Hi! I'm Anna, a 35-year-old business owner and professional hairdresser. I enjoy working out, horror movies, and going to punk shows. I have two friendly cats who mostly keep to themselves. I'm easygoing, respectful of other people's space, and appreciate a clean, peaceful home. I'm happy to be friendly with roommates, but I also completely respect everyone's privacy. My goal is to create a relaxed, drama-free home where everyone feels comfortable.

Looking For

I'm looking for someone who is employed, respectful, clean, communicates well, and is considerate of shared spaces. Female roommates are preferred, but I'm open to the right person regardless of gender. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Three months' rent is required upfront (first month's rent plus two months' security deposit).
