The available room is on the second floor and offers plenty of space with ample closet room. Central AC ensures comfort throughout the year. You'll share the bathroom with just two other housemate.
Our shared kitchen is well-equipped, and all utilities will be split among housemates. Please note that rent does not include utilities.
We have a washer and dryer available in the basement for your convenience.
Prospective tenants must have a credit score of over 680 and demonstrate sufficient income. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
