Room is close to the meadowbrook pkwy exit M5, Hofstra university, Nassau community college, Nassau coliseum, Shopping, great food and Eisenhower park. This room Includes pretty much everything. It’s a furnished 2nd floor bedroom with mini fridge (I’m on 1st floor), wifi, use of washer and dryer (in bsmt) utilities included, backyard access with a nice deck to chill , bbq, there’s a semi inground pool. Shared kitchen and living room (on 1st floor) There is no separate entrance, plenty of parking on street (always available right in front) We must meet and vibe on a good level cause I want this arrangement to feel effortless.
