Roommate

My son 28 and I are looking for a roommate to share our 3 bedroom apartment in Massapequa. Must like cats we have 2 they’re declawed which is why we rescued them. They’re very friendly.
You will have your own bedroom with 2 closets the living room bathroom and kitchen are shared there’s a lot of storage to be shared. Heat, ac, water, electric and WiFi are included. Parking in front or across the street. There is a shared laundry room it’s $2per load. There’s also use of side and backyard. Must have references and proof of income. the room will be painted as you can see in the pictures
