Female roommate needed- 79 year old active woman

Room is on first floor. Will share bathroom with 79 year old active woman (my mother-in-law) who cooks and cleans. Laundry room right outside the bedroom. My daughter is college aged and lives quietly in the back room with her own bathroom. I live in the basement apartment with my husband who works most of the time. I work full time as well. You will have access to the kitchen at all times. My husband and I access the kitchen on the weekends but you will have privacy in your room. We also throw backyard parties on occasion. You are welcome to join. We will give you advance notice on those days as access to the first floor bathroom may be necessary.
