One room opening up on January 1st on East River near RIT. Rent and security deposit are both $475 so total to move in is $925. Lease is month to month. Application process is required.

Very quiet house in a very quiet area. None of us are partiers or ever have friends over. All of us work full time daytime jobs and keep to ourselves otherwise. Just looking for someone quiet, clean, kind, and respectful.

One roommate has a cat but the landlord has stipulated no more pets allowed.

Room is on the second floor, approximately 10x13 with a walk-in closet.

Large bathroom on the second floor with a smaller one in the laundry room on the first floor.

Plenty of off-street parking. Having a car is recommended as we are not near any bus stops.
