Looking to Re-let / sublease my room in a 5 bed 5 bath at The Lodge, $879 a month, 4 guy roomates (only 3 currently)
I am looking for someone to take the remainder of my lease as im moving away! Dec/Jan - July, 2027
The unit has 3 male roommates currently (though it is a 5x5) so very spacious with private bath and bedroom, the apartment is kept in good shape and everyone keeps to themselves and is friendly. It's a quiet apartment. The rent is 879 plus utility only if you use more than a certain amount. (usually never more than like $20 a month
My room is the upstairs floor so pretty nice if people are coming in or out of the house or using the kitchen, you dont even hear them, and the unit is at the front of the Lodge right by the clubhouse and all the amenities, so a pretty good location and plenty of free parking.
