APEX Relet: Private Bed/Bath + $2,000 Incentive

Lease takeover/relet for the entire remaining contract at APEX near RIT, through July 31, 2027. Available now, subject to APEX screening, approval, and completion of the formal relet process. The lease ends July 31, 2027; the site's whole-month stay fields are approximate.

One furnished private bedroom and private bathroom in a male-only 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom shared suite. One person per bedroom. Only one room is offered; the full suite has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Shared living room and in-unit washer/dryer.

Base rent is $960/month, plus a mandatory $5/month pest fee ($965/month before any other applicable utilities or fees). No broker fee is charged. The site's 'Fees apply? No' field refers to broker fees only; the mandatory $5 monthly pest fee and any other applicable utilities or APEX charges remain payable. Other utilities and fees must be confirmed with APEX.

There are currently four male residents, including me, all nonsmokers, and no current pets. A new resident may bring a pet only with APEX approval and subject to its applicable pet rules and charges.
