Hey! just helping my landlord find a roommate since my old one moved out, you get your own private furnished room, A parking spot in a private driveway, so no street parking necessary! Free laundry in the basement, Its in an amazing LGBTQ+ safe neighborhood right next to Park Ave with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. All utilities included except the WIFI we will go halfsies on it.— No Pets, Children, or Smokers and if you do vape please do it outside. drinking is fine just nothing crazy keep it moderated and clean up after yourself — It will just be us two, we will share the downstairs while other people rent the upstairs units. I’m just looking for someone that’s around my age and keeps clean and such i dont mind if you have friends or your partner over as i have my own partner over for a day or two every now and then myself so nothing crazy just be respectful, clean as can be, pay rent and the wifi on time and we will get along together perfectly! if you wanna take a look around or have any questions dont hesitate to reach out and inquire! id be happy to send you my number so we can set something up.
