Hello, my partner and I are looking for a roommate. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. My partner and I share one room and the other room is for you. The rent is 700 + utilities (electric which is usually 40-50 usd and wifi - 25 usd). The kitchen is fully furnished with a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The rest of the house is unfurnished but carpeted. The apartment has central heating and there is an AC in the living room. The laundry room is inside the building. It costs 2 dollars to wash and 2 dollars to dry. My partner goes to RIT. I work as a cook. I like plants, poetry, art and listening to music. We need a roommate ASAP.
