620 long term (1 year) or $675 short term rental. LOWEST crime rate in all of Monroe county and electric/water/gas included. Looking for ROOMMATES. 3 full-size bathrooms. 5.75 acres and huge 3183 square feet country house. 12 min from RIT and 14 min from University of Rochester. 100% NEW furnished large bedroom. New walls, paint, ceiling, closest, new very warm insulation, newly stained wood windows, new electrical, and furnished with nice furniture and clean Mattress. Super fast internet 150+ Mbps.
Beautiful wood throughout the house. Natural environment with a lot of wild life nearby Mendon Ponds park. We have two kayaks.
1 large washers, 1 dryer, clothesline, high quality appliances powerful dishwasher (as a courtesy I supply detergent), garbage disposal, new color laserjet printer, some exercise equipment. We also have five barns for studios, workshops, or if you wanted to keep a horse.

About the roommates:
I am studying for my Masters at Geneseo University and work. I enjoy nature and often go to Mendon Ponds park for exercise. I like seeing all the animals. I have one great roommate from RIT, he is studying programming, I am really happy with. I also have a second easy going roommate who is studying at RIT. We are often busy with school and work so we don’t have a lot of free time (somewhat introverts), but I enjoy DIY projects in the detached garage and have built all sorts of things (I can weld). I go out tango dancing with my friends occasionally. I also like some old video games. I also work with disadvantages teens in Rochester teaching them technical skills.
The house is drug-free and nonsmoking. You are welcome to have an overnight guest. In a roommate we are looking for what we bring to the table. That is someone emotionally stable, kind, addiction-free person (including medication abuse), who is easy going, decent credit score, does a basic job of cleaning up their spills in the kitchen (dishwasher handles dishes), and non-dramatic. Who uses alcohol responsibly (1-2 okay, but not falling down the stairs sloppy drunk or destroying things). Preferably full time working professional or student. I can provide many references from both past Male/Female roommates.
I have had some roommates become long term friends even after moving out. The ones that were opposite of the above, not so much.
