Looking for Female Roommate

Me :)

I’m looking for a female roommate to share my 2-bedroom, 1-bath home in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood in Greece, NY. The available bedroom is located on the main floor of the home. You’ll have access to the whole house, and there is a driveway available for parking, with additional street parking if needed. I am marijuana friendly and you are welcome to smoke inside the home, but cigarettes must be smoked outside.

About Me: I’m an early riser, usually up around 5:00 AM. I work seven days a week and have two jobs, so I’m actually not home very often. When I do have downtime, I enjoy reading, exercising, gardening, and binge-watching a good show. I’m looking for someone who appreciates a relatively quiet home and is respectful of shared spaces and each other’s routines.

A Little About the Household: I have 4 cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with cats and enjoy having them around. Because I already have 4 cats, I’m unable to accommodate any additional pets.

Rent & Expenses:
Rent: $800/month, due by the 5th of each month
Security deposit: $800
Plus half of all utilities (Wi-Fi, garbage, water, and electric)

Who I’m Looking For: Ideally, I’d like to find someone who is quiet, respectful, responsible, and clean, and who cleans up after themselves and treats the home with care.
