Furnished Room in nice safe Area-Fairport NY

Looking for professional business person or traveling nurse or someone that works full-time days to rent furnished room here at our home. I'm retired my husband is still working and we have our own area down stairs from the area this room is in. The large bathroom upstairs is only shared with one other really nice guy who's an engineer and travels for business. There is also a second bathroom below as a backup. $700 per month includes all utilities off street parking and kitchen privileges. We've had some great people come and go here hopefully you'll be one of them. Security deposit is $300 which is returned provided you give three days notice when you decide to leave and leave room in the same condition as you found it. We're we're considered of each other's privacy and easy going however we don't want any Drugs, Partying, Smoking or Vaping.
