Financials

Rent: $675/month. (Please note: The subletter must be willing and able to cover the rent for the full May through August term).

Utilities: Typically $20–$40/month during the summer months.

Fees: Zero additional move-in fees.

Dates & Lease Details

Sublet Window: May 1st to mid-August. The end date is flexible and can align with the start of the Fall semester.

Long-Term Option: The landlord is highly open to signing a new lease extending to August 2027 if you wish to stay past the summer.

Move-in Assistance: If you secure the room and move in on or before May 6th, I can offer personal transportation and assistance with moving your belongings to the house.

The House & Roommates

Layout: 1 private bedroom in a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house. Includes a shared living room and kitchen.

Furnishings: The room comes furnished with a bed/mattress, computer desk, small desk, cabinet, two clothing racks, and a fan. (Please note: The house does not have air conditioning).

Roommates: You will share the house with 3 others, consisting of a mix of working professionals and an older student. Everyone is responsible, kind, and respects personal space.

Pet Policy: The house is cat-friendly and generally pet-friendly, but strictly no dogs. There are currently two friendly cats living in the house owned by roommates.
