This is a two bedroom, 1-1/2 bathrooms third floor walk up. Room and apartment are furnished (presently furnished with a desk and chair-see 2nd pic) There is an abundance of light and historic West Village character. This is a shared apartment with me. The private room has a super comfy double bed and good storage space. You have a private powder room with toilet and sink, however there is a shared shower in the main bathroom. I used to be a 5-star Airbnb host so I model this rental on a long Airbnb stay. All furnishings, bedding, towels and kitchen supplies are provided.

Available 6/1/2024 for flexible duration. No lease required. Electric, gas, Wifi, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Video included. Laundry same-day wash and fold service across the street. Strictly no smoking allowed in apartment.

I'm a 50 y/o single male professional and have lived in the apartment for 15 years. I have a small, well behaved dog.
